Being on time
Punctuality is one of the most important concepts in some countries, because it represent your education, personality and respect.
There are some countries where this is an important fact, because it represents you, thus you have to be 5 or 10 minutes before the time of metting. In fact, most of people will do the same, and you usually meet with these people 5 minutes before. Hence punctuality is important, but if you think it that much can be useless, because maybe someone is waiting 5min or more, and it can be boring. Finally, people in other countries give this too much significate and it is overrated.
In my case, Spain doesn't give this concept that much importance, because spaniards are idle and we don't care about arriving 5, 10 or even 15 minutes late. For example, in a job interview you have to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before to show signs of a mature person. In arrangments with your friends you can arrive just in time, or even late, but in a such important appointment like a job interview you can't arrive in time or just in time, you have to arrive ON TIME.
